Get Up to Speed

Foundations is a two week program mandatory for all new members. It consists of four private sessions with one of our coaches and is designed to equip you with the technique and skills necessary to enroll in group CrossFit classes. All new members unfamiliar with CrossFit will build a strong understanding of what to expect in our group classes.  

If you’re a seasoned CrossFit athlete and/or feel confident performing basic gymnastic and weightlifting movements, then testing out might be an option for you. We’ll schedule a time for you to demonstrate competence in the foundational movements of CrossFit with a coach. Then you can jump into regularly scheduled classes.
