Work Out With Your Friends
CrossFit is one of the most effective fitness programs available. It combines the hands-on, customized elements of personal training with the natural support of a group environment.
Our CrossFit classes are for EVERYONE, regardless of skill level and age. Your child and your 95-year-old grandmother can do CrossFit. You do not need to be “in shape” to do CrossFit. Rather, CrossFit will get you in shape. Workouts are scaled and/or modified to your ability. Your experienced coaches will alter movements, loads, and required times to ensure that every workout is customized to your current level of fitness. You'll always be challenged, but never out of your depth. You will supported and cheered on by your classmates. There is no judging in CrossFit. Everyone is accepted!
Every 60 minute class is led by an experienced and caring coach. It begins with a warm up, followed by strength or skill building (lifting or gymnastic movements, respectively), and concludes with the Workout of the Day (WOD). The program is different from one day to the next, so you won’t be bored and you’ll constantly be challenged. You will inevitably make new friends who will be working out right alongside you.
